Engr. Md. Shamsul Alam is a Conversant civil engineer with over 25 years of extensive professional experience in building construction, structural supervision, and large-scale real estate development. Holding a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Stamford University Bangladesh, he is also a prestigious Member of The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).

Throughout his distinguished career, Engr. Alam has held key engineering leadership roles at renowned real estate enterprises, including Deputy General Manager at Ventura Properties Ltd. and Manager Engineering at Urban Design and Development Ltd. (UDDL). His expertise encompasses complex basement foundations, fair-face RCC structures, luxurious interior/exterior finishing, structural design, and end-to-end project execution.
